Return Process

  Contact our support team within 15 days of receiving your device to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the Retroid console in its original box, ensuring all charging cables, SD cards, and manuals are included.

  Shipping the Device

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package to our designated inspection center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
